Full Event Planning

This package is designed for the client that would like complete assistance every step of the planning process. If you are unable to find time to organize and design your wedding day, this package is for you. You will have a say in the creative process, but every detail is handled for you.

Gold

Coordination & Design

Assistance with coordination, design, negotiating contracts and securing a professional vendor team. This package secures our services for each step of the planning process. Assistance with style, detailed design, and an overall vision for your special day. No detail happens without thought and discussion. We help you explore your options and offer assistance throughout the decision-making process. This package includes all the services provided in the coordination package with additional hours of personalized service for design and planning.

Elopement & Micro Weddings

Execution of your personal wedding style, décor selection and the planning of your day are part of this package. We overlook your vendor team and assist with every event detail. Rehearsal and Day Of Coordination are included in this package. Design and event organization is essential even with a small number of guests. Let Kreative Details create an absolutely amazing day!

All packages can add ala carte services, please ask for pricing regarding:

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination

  • Pick up and drop off of items

  • Set up and clean up of the venue

  • Moving of chairs, tables, decor, and tablescapes

Platinum

Full Event Planning

  • Unlimited consultation time via email, phone, and text.

  • Up to four (4) hours in-person consultations, preferably 2 hours at the venue(s).

  • Assistance with budget planning and breakdown of costs.

  • Provide a preferred vendor list and negotiate contracts with vendors.

  • Development of theme/style and staging for the day of the wedding.

  • Detailed timeline available to vendors and service providers, bridal party, staff & helpers.

  • Confirmation of services with all suppliers and service providers 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Three (3) hours on the day of rehearsal for decor walk through & processional practice.

  • Eleven (11) hours on the day of the Wedding.

Gold

Partial Planning

  • Up to thirty (30) hours consultation time via email & phone.

  • Up to four (4) hours in-person consultation time, preferably 2 hours at the venue(s).

  • Assistance with budget planning and breakdown of costs.

  • Provide a preferred vendor list for vendor selection.

  • Up to three (3) revisions of the rental list.

  • Detailed timeline to suppliers & service providers

  • Confirmation of services with suppliers and service providers 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Two (2) hours on the day of rehearsal for decor walk through & processional practice.

  • Ten (10) hours on the day of the Wedding.

  • If the guest count exceeds 200, $350 and an assistance planner is added for the day of the wedding. No exceptions.

Silver

Elopements & Micro Weddings

  • Up thirty (30) hours consultation time via email or phone.

  • Two (2) in-person consultations preferably one takes place at the venue, one is confirmation of all timeline details.

  • Assistance with budget & breakdown of costs.

  • Provide a detailed timeline to suppliers & service providers.

  • Confirmation of services with all suppliers 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Two (2) hours on the day of rehearsal for decor walkthrough & processional practice. (More time can be added at an hourly rate, if required.)

  • Nine (9) hours on the day of the wedding. (More time can be added for an additional fee.)

  • Travel fees will occur if any appointments or venues are more than 20 miles outside of the Five Cities area.

  • If guest count exceeds 50 guests, $300 is added. No exceptions.
